The SecureIt Laptop Storage Cabinet is addressed to be one of the better laptop storage cabinets in the industry. Each one of the SecureIt Laptop Cabinets is designed to store and secure laptops using individual locking compartments, either with or without lids, and with or without a powered option on the drawer. Each drawer has it's own key (if applicable) for extra security and personal storage within the laptop storage cabinet.

The network access feature on the SecureIt Laptop Storage Cabinets gives your laptops an ability to plug in and keep your laptop on a business, school or whatever network the laptops are usually wired up to, right inside the laptop cabinet. This is because when you order the SecureIt Laptop Storage Cabinet, we can pre wire the cabinet with CAT5 or CAT6 eithernet cords, which are the bigger cords that plug into the back of the laptop and/or into the back of the network router, that can also be placed inside of the laptop cabinet. You just have to remember that each time a network router needs to be placed inside of a network drawer, you lose one laptop capacity from the laptop cabinet.

The network drawer on the SecureIt Laptop Storage Cabinets features a prewired feature. Which means that we automatically pre wire the laptop cabinet to get either a CAT5 or CAT6 cable, depending on user choice, wired to the back of each laptop drawer, and a bunch of cables are wired and managed behind the main router drawer as well, for easy network access and hook up. When you get your laptop storage cabinet, it should be able to not only network your laptops together on your local wired network, but it should also be able to charge your laptops as well. The SecureIt Laptop Cabinet also allows the user to charge the laptop while it's not only networked inside the cabinet, but to actually charge the batteries, while the laptop is not in use.

Now, if your laptop is sitting inside of a cabinet, all day, when don't you think it would get hot and eventually overheat? No. The SecureIt Laptop Storage Cabinet comes with ventilation on the sides and the back. Small holes in the cabinet let the air flow, so that way heat build up is very unlikely. You may also purchase a ventilation fan with the cabinet, for an added benefit and extra protection of heat build up of your laptops inside the laptop cabinet. Now you can store, network, charge and secure your laptops without the hassle and worry of your laptops overheating in the cabinet. If your laptop overheats, if basically defeats the purpose in storing your laptops in the cabinet in the first place.
